Only small ship. Anything starting from the Cobra size can be hit with dumbfire missiles without being locked. You're afraid of small ships ?

I think if it completely breaks the shield it will be too much but of it just stops the cell bank from working thats cool. I think cell banks are ok balance wise now and being able to KO some ones shield just for useing a cell bank will make it hrp all the way. I dont fly in a wing and I hate that I feel forced to, to stand a chance alot of the time what with all the healing laser talk. But I guess we will just have to w8 and see.. if it all goes to hell I have a deep space trip I have been planning for some time... walst I w8 for it to be balanced out in 6 months time lol
