I think that build represents everything that's wrong with Engineers quite successfully

What's the fuel consumption like on the plasma slug mod? I've worked out a hull tank build for my DBS and was considering a c1 and c2 rail setup with plasma slugs as my main damage dealer. The trouble is I would have no room for a scoop.
