OK I have Railguns mounted on my Anaconda. The issue I have is when I deploy them they will not fire correctly. They fire one time ever few seconds. What am I doing wrong?

That's how rail guns work. They're kind of a "sniper weapon" if you like. High damage output, low rate of fire.

that's how they fire correctly charging takes some time before they fire

The upside is that when you hit something with them it tends to go boom.
