I'm friendly in only one system, Rakapila, with the Liberals there. Can I somehow push them to declare war on the Feds, or not? I'd love to see them battling against the feds again, my friend had gotten into a fight with them, so naturally I joined in, and I think I saw some Liberal Eagles killing the feds. I'm not sure if I saw correctly, but that would be ' AWESOME. Anyone know about this?

I'm not sure as a single player you can 'start a war' between the liberals and feds.
The only thing I can imagine that may help is to start to persuade other players to maybe help. But it is still down to Frontier to decide to inject such an event. It could be if you get a lot of help and Frontier see what you are doing they may then inject some events but maybe nothing on the scale of a war.
