Ships Ram Tah message

I received a message on my ship stating that Ram Tah had developed a new technology that will immunize Guardian modules against anti-guardian fields. Any CMDR's check this out yet. I am too far out to check it out myself. How does it work? Is it an experimental effect or engineering? If it is engineering are there 5 levels? What are the mat requirements. etc. thanks

Sorry. Im spaniard and recieved too. I haved posted it in spanish forum.
Yes, its a new modification for Guardians Modules that I called Anti-Pem or AX-PEM from thargoids vessels.
This modification save your Guardians Modules from Thargoid's pulse-pem-cloud. (cloud in Titan areas)
I dont know, that materials we need for this ingeneering, but I supose that one must be the Gaurdian Relic (modified or no)

Sorry for my little English.
Regards.-

the modification reduces damage output by 20% and requires caustic shards, one other common thargoid material, and a new component, which by its´ description is a part of thargoid scavengers and can supposedly be obtained from mat traders (some sort of chip). I tried to farm some scavengers for it, but no luck so far. If anyone figures out where to get that chip, pls inform

So how are we supposed to get a Tactical Core Chip, exactly?
SRVs, either type, get blown to smithereens by revenants as they swarm and have no-miss lasers and you literally cannot shoot them down fast enough to not die. Presuming you've already knocked the banshee out with your ship... and if you haven't you just die that much faster. You can't stealth it, because SRVs can't do stealth and if you're on foot you can't pick up mats. I thought maybe attrition, take out the revenants on foot and then go back for the SRV to pick up mats... but there is no such thing, revenants just keep getting dropped in swarms.

Did they really make the requirement "Unobtanium"?

--- Edit ---
I was able to get them, but not with SRV. Kitted up the Cutter I use for Orthrus hunting and replaced all but the class 4 laser with preengineered AXMRs. Class 7 limpet controller. Drop 8 collectors before getting in range and then spam missiles at the Banshee until dead.. then wipe out the revenants and pray they drop AND your limpets collect without splatting. Then leave as the interceptors that jump in are usually really tough ones.
I was able to get two drops (6 total) in about 10 tries

Kill Bashi and the revenants from the ship, land the all-terrain vehicle, catch the revenants right as they disembark from the scout... and until the chip falls out

you get it by killing the banshee at a remote part of a spire site (and some of the local revenants) on foot and then move in on the remaining revenants with the SRV - the good news is, you get 3 per kill if the right mat drops (takes a while but i got 15 right now)

i tried farming at a tharg-occupied settlement, but the revanant respawn faster than you can get out the SRV to collect the mats - so it is tedious, but far from impossible - in a team it actually is easy

Perfectly doable solo and I believe much faster than spire site due to unlimited and instant supply :)

(Also, why would you get out of your SRV?)

Regarding Hardened Surface Fragments, I've been farming material from Titan Thor. I've been able to find Phasing Membrane Residue easily enough (near launch tubes) and Heat Exposure Specimen (near heat vents) but I haven't found (other than once) Hardened Surface Fragments. Can anyone elaborate: are they only on the top of the Titan? Near anything particular? Is there a trick to making this easier?
