So, I've got rammed in/out of a CG station by a troll.
He boosted into my T9 in his Fed Dropship multiple times, and despite flying below 100 m/s, I got fined as because of the collisions my speed came close to 300 m/s and couldn't slow down before he was hitting me again.
This is obviously ridiculous. Can't the fine be issued for:
- either the relative speed between two ships, i.e. if I'm flying AWAY from the other then I won't get fined
- or the speed I gained on my own power?
