Random Bounty

Hi

not sure if this is the right place for this but I just logged in and i have a random bounty from the reserve imperial logistics auxiliary fleet (rilaf).

from a bit of research it says its a player controlled minor faction yet i have been playing in a private group for past week so how have i got this as i did not have a bounty when i logged off yesterday.

Mode is irrelevant when it comes to factions or bounties. You can encounter any faction in the game in every mode available.

Is it possible you had a fine of some sort that morphed into a bounty? Did you accidentally tag someone with your weapons somewhere and not notice (HazRes maybe)?

Really hard for us to say without more info. You might be able to figure it out by looking through your game logs, if you've got it set up to record such info.

How much is the bounty for?

If it's a low one, it's easy to pick up a small fine or two from a station and never notice. After 7 days it will mature to a bounty.
