Random Ship Destruction

Slowly flying my Type-7 towards the station, landing request granted and within 1 km range.
No other ships nearby, maximum shields and in solo mode.
Next thing I see is the explosion animation and the "eject" phrase is shouting in my ear.

What?!?

No ships comming from supercruise will get ino normal space that close to a station, no other players playing evil tricks, so what the * happened?

1.2 M insurance cost, 1.7 M in cargo lost.

(Side question: where should I report bugs like this?)

Just a guess, rammed by stealth ship. Dropped speed in type 7 small ship sneaking behind me didn't react in time. Boom to him. Perhaps they were traveling faster and hit you from behind.

I just died in similar circumstances on my Lakon-6. I had just passed the mail-slot on Mansfield Orbiter and was heading toward my assigned dock (no NPC whatsoever around) and suddenly my ship begin the destroyed animation. I have 100% hull, 100% shield with 4-pips on it. I was so shocked I did not take screenshot... Lost my 4,7M Type-6 and 57 tons of rares...

Opened a ticket, but not holding my breath for immediate response. My ticket from 22 December is still untouched and there is 11k of ticket between that one and this one.

I was in a hauler and this happened about 2 days ago I was travelling back to pick up my main ship and I popped, BUT

and this is a big butt
.
Just before I popped I heared the noise of a ship dropping in, could it be possible it spawned right on top of you?, ive had this happen in combat also in war zones (it was not a plasma cannon as only greens where there before the warp pop noise)

just happened to me as I was about to enter the toaster, sounded like something hit me but there was nothing on radar or visible. lost a heavily modded t6 fortunately no cargo was just moving to new trading ground
