Random Things in German?

Ok, so this just happened...
I jumped into Tascheter Sector ZF-0 A6-0 and looped over the star to line up for my jump to Teshub, when I started getting this orange text flashing on my screen. See pic below.

From a quick google search, I found a single Reddit thread from 5 years ago where someone had this.
So, have I won a prize, been promoted/banned, or what?
Pretty funny, whatever it is.

Nice, you got a screenshot. I've seen that too, my alt commander is called Vogel Schnitzelface

It hung around for several jumps. When I honked Teshub, it added the big yellow message about 4 Bodies Discovered or whatever it is, to the flashing effect.
Kept it right up to when I disembarked on a Fleet Carrier a few systems on. Did a heap more jumps after that but it didn't come back.
