Randomly exploded- can I ticket it?

Hello,
I just experienced for the first time the infamous random death by an outpost when nothing shot you and you aren't wanted. Can I get refunded my insurance if I ticket it? Any advice would be appreciated.

I've had no response to my ticket. I'm not terribly fussed about the half million credits I lost to this bug, but it would have been a nice gesture.

I have the feeling that the support is still being performed with a Beta/Gamma mindset. In Beta or Gamma, I wouldn't have expected recompense for loss due to a bug (though again, it would have been nice), but we're not testing anymore.

The game is live now, and I - and everyone - have (some) right to expect compensation for bugs.

yes you should. But be warned it will not be a high priority. I am still waiting from December for mine. (2mil for me)

Thanks everyone. I ticketed it, although it was just a measly 170k from an excursion in my viper, I still want it back.

You can (and should!) ticket it, just don't expect a reply. At least not this year.
