I am currently a Cadet/Midshipman in the Federation, although I get the message when I leveled up that I am a chief petty officer, which based on the difficulty I am having making progress in my rank I am assuming that I am gaining rank percentage at the rate of a chief petty officer. This has been VERY DIFFICULT for the rank I currently am, and would very much appreciate this to be fixed.
