Can you post a screenshot of your right hand (4) screen and show us what exactly is wrong?
You are probably just looking at a wrong tab.

Unfortunately rank % is no longer shown.
If you are signed up with inara it shows a figure for your progress.

I wish they'd bring the percentages back to be honest. I much prefer that to an ambiguous line that never appears to progress... especially when you get deadly combat or geneticist exo
