Rank up at Achenar

So I got the mission that tells you to go to Achenar and gives you the permit for it, but I did not get a rank up or anything when I got there, and the mission for it still shows up in various stations, is that a bug? Am I now stuck never being able to go higher in the Imperial navy?

Nope, unless you are top rank already Do more missions, the next progression mission will open up eventually. Not got that far myself yet, but a friend got the permit and eventually got another rank.

no it's bugged but your ok keep doing more empire based missions and the next naval ascension mission will pop sooner or later your not doing it wrong same happened to me at squire level and now im at knight
