ranking up benefits?

Do I get all benefits listed on power's main page right after joining?

I joined Kaine and she has +150% Increase in minor faction reputation gain in your Power's territory, and I'm on rank 5 and it says about +75% increase in minor faction gain. So what is mine? 150%, 75%?

I heard statements that besides power weapons you get all benefits on start, so what are those benefits on each rank then? Do these benefits add?

I don't get it, if someone could explain this to me.

You get all the benefits at their maximum value at rank 100, you will have access to all modules few levels earlier than this, I believe.
As you progress through the ranks those bonuses will upgrade.

Whatever is on latest earned rank, so that would be 75%. Latest rank you're at will list you current state of your earned bonuses.

That should be plastered all over, because people think those perks are immediate after joining and rest is like bonus; like "hey join Pranav Antal you get +50% increase in exobiology payout", which is not true, because your first benefit is +10% on rank 25 while aforementioned +50% is at rank 94.
