Horizons Ranking up Empire

Did the game get an update in the last week or so? I want to go for the cutter and last week I was grinding away at HIP 10716 with the data missions. But yesterday evening I noticed there were no more empire data missions. So looking on the internet I found two more systems that you guys found, but they don't have any data missions either. Has anyone the same problem? I jumped 50 times in 2 hours now, so before I jump a 50 more I'd like to know if anyone knows what's happening. (Refreshing does not help btw)

Factions in state "NONE"?

You just need to wait for the state to change to something else, can take a few days.

The update has not been applied yet but FD are perhaps tweaking things server side as several threads have sprung up with popular destinations having no missions.
