Rant time: Server side Fix for multicrew ASAP

Can't you deploy at least a server side fix for one of the biggest issues with multicrew:

my NPC pilot gets a share of ANYTHING i earn, not only wing missions,
but multicrew gets NOTHING except those 5% trade interest (that they have to collect manually afterwards from every station i was selling something),
and an interest of any bounty/bond i collect depending on their COMBAT rank.
last but not least - nothing they EARN in bounties or combat bonds counts towards an active CG

now, can't you deploy a simple serverside fix to have give them the same rank-based interest from ANY of my income as long as they are in my ship and have it count towards CGs if they have signed up for the same goal?

aside from all the other multicrew fails (like the gunners HUD when not in the external view) - that reward thingy here is my biggest issue with the system.
the second biggest flaw on the reward side, is the combat-XP split between helm, crew and npc crew... i can not put into words how ****** that is :mad:

If they did it would have been done by now because we've been saying this since it dropped, there's pages of posts about it - no-one and I mean NO_ONE is happy about it (except raging fanbois ofc).

Of course it could all just be that they have fixed it, but haven't released it yet to do yet another "hey look what we did aren't we good?" fanfares with the same *pleased with themself* mentality as an infant who uses the potty properly for the first time. but I doubt it.

Oh yeah and then there's the issue of bounties and such created by ats who jump in your ship being attributed to YOUR SHIP, instead of the player who decided to start shooting police and clean NPC's using your fighter. (because bounties are ship bound, not player bound as they should be, for those that aren't aware)

Multicrew is a dungfest of broken mechanics - the payouts being the least of your problems.

i do multicrew with friends only.
and for that, i want my friends to actually get anything ->

and my biggest issue with that is mostly not due to FDEV not working on multicrew, but their utterly disgusting implementation of "wing missions"
good that they have proudly announced expanding wing missions to planetary surface missions. /sarcasm

the least of my problems are the antics of open griefers

btw: due to a bug it doesn't require a griefer to make you wanted. gunners are not allowed to shoot targets freely without causing a wanted status.

Come now. MultiCrew has been broken since release, and FD has been very clear that they will only fix it if more people use it... [wacky]
