Which do you feel is better, I'm unsure as I have no idea what 'Boot time' or 'Spin up' time mean?

And what about 'Duration' is decreasing this a bad thing if it spins up faster?

I'd imagine that:

Boot time = how long it takes to go from OFF to ON (i.e. if you've powered it off in Modules or lost power due to PowerPlant damage)
Spin up = how long after activating till it starts to charge your shields back up

As far as duration goes, I'm not sure if having it lower is better or not - i.e. if it keeps the same MJ/s charge rate, in which case longer would be better, or compresses the full charge into the shorter duration, which would make shorter better.

I think the amount of MJs restored is still the same. It's just how the way it's being delivered. I especially like the specialized SCB on my Cutter because at some point they only heat up below 100%, so no more heat sink needed.
