Has anyone figured out any tricks to get the rapids or log flume rides sunken into the water? This has been really frustrating.....been trying different things with no luck for the last few days.

Nope, it can't be done. All ride tracks and all paths must be well above water. If you make the water first, then the path or track can only come down so far above it and no more. If you make the path or track first, you can't place water at less than that distance below it. Thus, unfortunately, it's impossible to make peeps wade through flooded streets, let alone put log flumes and river rides at sea level.
Darn it there goes a few ideas I wanted to try.
