I've found so many rare materials coming off of destroyed ships compared to regular manufactured materials that are required by the engineers that are labelled as common. So what's the deal here? Why am I finding such bountiful amounts of "Rare" materials, and so few regular and common matrials of certain types? I get each one drops in different situations, but it feels like most of the ones required for engineers just... Don't...
