Rare material cap Bug 99/100

Hi everyone! I've run into a problem in Elite Dangerous. When collecting Polonium and Ruthenium, the maximum amount I can get is stuck at 99 out of 100, even though it should be 150. Restarting the game through the main menu helps, but this is clearly a bug. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a way to fix it without constantly restarting?
P.S. This issue was present even before I installed any interface modifications.

its not a bug its specifically designed to raise anxiety levels in cmdrs with OCD and leave them with a sense of incompletion and so ensuring returning future gameplay on subconscious level

I had this over the weekend, left the planet and landed on another and it seemed to allow the extra 50 to be collected when going back to the planet.

Basically planet C 3 A has mat x on it, stops collecting at 99, go to planet C 3 B and collect mat y up to either 100 or 150, at that point mat x was able to be collected up to 150.
