Newcomer / Intro rate for refresh on rares

how long is the rate for refresh on rares on the market? seems longer than before patch....

Normally 10 minutes. Usually you will have picked up the full amount allowed after the second batch, sometimes the third. Occasionally the whole allowed amount is present at once.

It was still 10 minutes for me last night (with latest patch)

do they not have a top limit per player though.... so waiting is a waste some times?
