So when i look on each of the power, i see there is something called ratings within them
I understand that you start in rating 1, and when you earn 100 merits you become rating 2. which give better benefits.
but this is where my confusion begins because rating 3 and 4, is "empty?" it says unlocked at 0 merits, and well its just a lot of nothing.
and lastly rank 5 which shows the best "bonus'"
or it could be as i suspect, you need rating 2 to see what you get in rating 3?
what im trying to ask is i would like for some clarification of what each rating means. since what i can gather from the game rating 3 and 4 is worse than rating 1 and 2. which for me is stupid since rating 5 is by far the best.
