I think that this was Thrillville's old name (could be from a long time ago).

This is published by Atari, Thrillville is published by LucasArts. I doubt they're related.

Good to note that the lawsuit stated that RCT was being developed for Atari on the PS2 first, before they started Thrillville to LucasArts. I have a feeling that Thrillville was going to be RCTeeps, and then something changed that to Thrillville. Also the name makes sence, with all the peep interaction and such.
