I have owned the Disc version of RCT3 Platinum since it was released. Not long ago I recently upgraded computers. Nothing special, but much faster. I am now running Windows 7 and the Wild updates can't find the game. I have tried to change the directory the game installs too and such to match Windows XP, but still can't find the game files.
This is a let down, since i haven't played in a while and have a strong desire to get in and start playing again. But that patch had some changes and fixes I consider to be important.
Has anyone found a way to update the Disc version of RCT3 Platinum in Windows 7? I contacted Atari support and they told me Platinum has no updates or patches. I was very clear about having had the disc version since it's release. I know there is a patch, as I have had to use it.
So I am turning to the Frontier community and hope there is still enough people interested in the game to help with this issue.
