Re-buy costs, should not include Ammo/missiles & Fuel

As the title suggests, due to ships like the Eagle with a loadout of missile launchers, it is cheaper to self destruct rather than re stock the missiles.
This leads to a care free attitude for some who would just fire off a salvo then ram the target. Also helps with station griefing too.
To me the re-buy cost should be for your ship as was, with the fuel and ammo/missiles that you had when destroyed.
This would make the re-buy cost more accurate and help in balancing the game with regard to this issue.

Just respawn without ammo, chaffs, SCB's and what not.

I recall that I had to rebuy ammo for my MC's when I died in my Sidewinder though.

Oh, the weeping, wailing and gnashing of teeth thtis will bring. If you include the ammo/fuel, what about the cargo you're carrying when you pancake at full boost into the station wall with no shields.

You already have to beat the "200k loan isn't enough, what about my 100t cargo of rares?" wingers off with a stick as it is.

Not saying anything about weapons, it's fine you get these back, i am talking about Ammo, and fuel.

If your re-buy is 120k, but you just fired off 50k of missiles, then you are actually getting a re-buy at 70k in reality, as your missiles are restocked.

Should include at least some fuel because there are outposts that don't have refueling.

Fully agree w/ munitions not being included in rebuy.

An actual penaltiy for suicide gankers in the form of a bounty that doesn't clear on death makes much more sense

At present it is too beneficial sometimes to suicide, along with free ammo, in some systems where your bounty doesn't apply, that gets wiped too. (or at least dormant, but not too sure on this point)

I remember not long ago i was interdicted by an eagle, he fired off at me then rammed me, later he messaged me saying thanks for clearing his bounty and free missiles. This should not be happening.
