Re: Double Double Interdiction

Oh boy was that a tough couple of minutes

I drop into a system, my cargo hold is full of void opals.. I'm heading to station to sell..I'm interdicted..I fight off the interdiction and was immediately interdicted again...so I fought off that one only to be interdicted again..jeeez they really want me to drop out of supercruise...fought off the third only to be caught again immediately..four in a row...

Had anyone else had this happen to them?

I typically have one interdiction attempt.. sometimes I fly defensive and drop out as late as possible.. but the most part I just wait for it and fight it off. I'd say 80% interdiction.. the 19% is a nice relaxing mining tour... and 1% a four in a row.. which I have just experienced. it would be great if I could have a cloaking field like them clingons have in the classic star trek series.

Yes many times, particularly with missions that spawn an enemy to pursue you.
Game CHEATS big time. You nearly kill said NPC, he avoids low wake mass lock penalty and escapes.
Before you can even enter super cruise and turn to face destination, said NPC is back in the system, within 100 LS of you, directly behind you, recovered all shields, hull and modules and is interdicting again (10 seconds). Happens 4 or more times in a row. Now have several stacked missions, with several spawned mercenaries.

UTTERLY RIDICULOUS.

Try getting 2 npcs on your tail, make sure they're both behind you and submit to the first interdiction.

The second npc will immediately try to interdict you as the first one ends, and you'll end up in an empty instance.

I've had 2 in a row from gankers. Narrowly escaped the first and the second took so long, about 10 minutes, that when something happened in the house, I force shut down my PC. I didn't know how long it was going to take

I do it on purpose. you can get so many pirates after you that you'll get interdicted while getting interdicted and ither pirates will jump in while you're fighting pirates. its fun.

If you get a double interdiction it usually results in an empty instance.
