Good Morning fellow CMDR's

Last night I entered a system luyten205-128 and found wreckage on the scanner.. salvageable wreckage - the debris field was quite spectacular.

I could not claim any of the wreckage, so none of it was salvageable..

what gives.. any ideas on how to claim the wreckage

this is a place where salvage type commodities spawn (escape pods, black boxes, etc).
If it didn't spawn... wait 5 minutes, relog, or go into SC and return.

When I checked such a signal out, I found a pile of escape pods floating about. Think it's S&R content. Anyone know what exactly is spawning them?
