Are we aloud to make a planet coaster album on facebook and share our creations?

Short Answer: Yes,

Long Answer: Yes, you can share, uploaded, make albums of all your creations/props/parks/ so forth and can be viewed publicly. its not a "Hidden Alpha" and the devs do encourage you, and love to see the work put into your parks.
