In sol yesterday between cassiopia JFK and abraham Lincoln I made 1,280,000 on a cargo on 280 basic medicines. Going back and forth I made over 5,000,000 in not very long at all. But ran out of time because I had to go to bed. My cargo limit is 280. Now I can't afford a cutter or anything close to that. My rank is just that "rank".. if my ship could trade places with another ship for more cargo space which ship would you recommend for maximum cargo. I want mega amounts of cargo.

Only one option, T9 hauling 790 Tonnes with no SC assist installed. If you are flying in Solo or Private group, G5 Heavy duty the stock armour, no NPC will be a risk unless your skill level is very low.

Tbh, if you are running a high capacity freighter, better to run high value missions or BGS trade the extreme profit commodities. You'll be making 20+ mill per run easily.

280t? I'm guessing Python. For max cargo without rank requirements - T-9 Heavy is your only viable option. Mine with shields and docking comp had 720+ t of cargo space. If oyu feel brave and skilled (it's a fat cow, considering handling) you can drop shields and DC for extra cargo and extra credit.

Also - EDDB. Multi hop route, set profit to 9k and search for loops. At 9k profit, 720t is about 6.5M income. You can find 3-4 jump loops for over 10M a loop.
