Read before commenting - Staff problems

I have noticed an increase in unhappy zoo keepers. Nothing has changed in the zoo, what so ever.. Here's the thing.. I have had a few keepers just in the last couple of days quit and walk away from their job. i have all my facilities at 100% scenery.. I can even turn on the staff bonus (which agitates me as it always turns off) and they still lose happiness.. If with smaller enclosures, they are unhappy or over worked.. seems overworks in a serious problem with all staff.. I have them all sectioned off in work zones.. all the staff.. I have one keeper to each enclosure.. and the problem still persists.. Something has to give..

Good Morning,
How big are the enclosures?

Perhaps it would help to hire two employees per enclosure, one who only cleans and one who only feeds.

The cleaning sometimes takes a very long time and then, when the cleaning is done, it can theoretically feed again.

Depending on the size of the enclosure and how many animals there are, the feeder or cleaner can also use it for two enclosures directly next to each other.

Or it's a bug again, that wouldn't be new.

You will have employee break rooms built nearby and allocated in the work area.

Guten Morgen,

What really helps is if you train your staff. I had one keeper and 4 habitats for the longest because my keeper managed to do all the workload because they were fully trained. 5 stars.

Yes, it definitely helps.

Maybe the keepers get less satisfied as they earn more work experience but are not paid adequately for their increased skills.

Have you checked their work loads? I check sporadically and train those workers that have very high (red) work loads. And that approach seems to work well as I currently have 100% happy workers.

ETA: I just noticed that you posted a similar issue with mechanics not doing their work properly. Sorry for telling the same things again here! :) But it seems to indicate that you have a general staff problem. Have you tried the suggestions you got for the mechanics? Let us know how that works out!

There are serious problems with the way gate snap to fences.. that has been my main problem.. i have to redo them a thousand times before they will ever show up with the full fence.. The keeps are unhappy because the fence gates are all messed up... I figured it out mid day today.

This is an in game problem, not a player error problem.
