Ever since last update having launching woes. Game wouldnt launch. Got the "VCRUNTIME 140.dll" error code. Researched that and corrected any corrupted files in powershell as well as command p.I even unloaded and reloaded Visual microsoft visual C as well with no results. So then I did a complete re install with no satisfaction as well as a boot. All my other games have no problem. I also tried launching from exe. file ,desktop, as well as the regular launcher in steam. Frontier responded to my ticket and I jumped through all their hoops as well with out any satsifaction. As well as doing the reinstall with steam I also did manual uninstalls as well. The servers were also good to go and verified files was ok as well with steam. Its been 3 weeks now and Im out of patience.

Sometimes it's best to step back and take a break. Frustration for three weeks straight can easily interfere with proper diagnosis. Play something else until the frustration completely passes, then give it another go.

I give the OP -3 on the Bazmeson scale mainly 'cos of a five-point penalty for posting in the newcomer's forum.

I'm currently re-playing Skyrim (with a ton of mods this time). It's full of bugs too, so it won't weaken my immunity
