Real time hours and money management tool (Extreme Realism)

Yes, it could be great to have more realtime because it could add interesting possibilities if it's not too extreme. But, able to see park closing, employees leaving, etc. could be great. Also, it could allow for maintenance management, for cleaning up the park completely, for food and stock delivery, etc. If it's not too complicated, it could really be fun I think.

Just precision, not realtime completely, as it will be much too long to play the game and it will be boring. But just a way to have different speed that will adjust and give us the time to manage interesting things like opening hours, night maintenance time, etc.

Yeah [up]

A great way they could do this, would to adjust time to like.... 4 real hours = 24 hours in-game. Something like that, and maybe adjustable so a person could make a day in the game be 30 minutes real time.

I don't think it's possible to have people leaving park at night and coming the next morning because it is too long. They have to eat (unless they eat burgers in 10 sec. it could be long), to walk (take at least 5 min. between each ride or reataurant), to wait in queue lines (between 5 and 30 min. depending of popularity of the ride and the number of people in the park) and etc. Guest have to spend hours to proprely enjoy the park. So 30 min. a day is REALLY short to have people who enter and quit the park. They have between 15 and 20 min. to stay in the park, which is not enough and perhaps impossible with 20,000 people on park (according to Dev Diary 1 (2:30)).

Anyway, I want to see this feature in the game, i'm not against this idea, but I think it is not possible unless a day lasts at least an hour.

this could be inplied only when riding your own rides, that you have a real-time indication of how long it is.
is better for being inmersed when using VR

would be amazing. and since its an OPTION, the people that dont like this dont have to do this! it adds realism that i would enjoy

I don't think real time hours, as in a 1:1 representation of the day would work without a major overhaul to everything in the game, especially if realism is your goal. And who wants to spend months saving up to build a single ride in their park? That's a lot of waiting about or fast forwarding. I think at that scale, you'll hardly ever be slowing down to just watch what's happening in the park. It would be a very different game focused more on management and far less on building and planning.

Now, that said, I can see some advantages when it comes to trackable time, but this would work even at the smaller scale. It would be interesting to see beyond just opening and closing times, but also trends that occur during park hours, like guests switching their priorities throughout the day. Getting meals around the normal hours for breakfast lunch and dinner. Adult guests may be more inclined to drink alcohol in the later hours. Some guests may prefer to hit certain parts of the park at night. Water rides could be more popular between noon and 7 when it's hot. Shows and parades could be planned around certain times as a way to get guests to move about the park.

The great thing about real time management is by the time you're done with the first park you will be retirement age.

100% I agree I have always wanted to have a 1 to 1 time scale. I think that some just aren't understanding it though. You can still speed up time and slow it down but no matter what it will always be 1 to 1 on how they move and how far they move. I would love to open and close my park at certain times of the day. Which is something you couldn't do in rct1-rct3. Everyone says you could but by the time everyone got out of your park it would be time to open the park. Also I would love to see all the thrill seekers rush to their favorite ride to be the first one on it. The whole idea of hotels would also go perfect with this 1 to 1 time. I also like the idea of some guest having day passes and others have season passes. If you follow a guest with a season pass you will see him/her show up again at your park later in the season. Also this whole feature can be turned on and off so if you don't want it then don't turn it on. Some youtubers might want to make a series using this feature. Some people might actually have the time to use this feature. I'd you don't want it don't use it.

I'd be interested in like 1 Day = 30 Minutes. That's about 60 hours per season and there's enough time for each day to start and to feel the ebb and flow as things get busier, and guests can get on a few rides. 1:1 would be terribly boring.
