Although I love the look of the stalls already in the game, and they fit extremely well in a walk-up style food building, the game is seriously lacking true building interiors such as sit down restaurants and gift shops. It would be amazing to see guests walking around gift shops covered wall to wall in shelving full of merchandise, clothing, ext. This should all be modular as well, meaning you would start with empty shelves and chose what merchandise you would like to sell inside. It wouldn't all necessarily have to be actually available for guests to purchase, rather more of just a decoration. In addition to this, instead of having a walk up hat stall like hats fantastic, with all the merchandise inside behind the employee, have stand alone employees placed behind countertops, allowing for more flexibility and realism where guest can purchase items such as hats, t-shirts, and so on.
As far as sit down restaurants go, I would LOVE to see a way to implement a system where the dining tables themselves can act as the food stalls. For example, guest can walk into a restaurant, sit down at an open table and by doing so, they would be charged for whatever items they decided to purchase the same way it would work with a regular stall. That you would still be making profits off of selling food and drinks, but it would also actually have guests sitting down at the tables and eating. At the very least, I would like to see decorative objects such as tables, chairs, dishes, silverware, menus, and even kitchen items to decorate the inside of buildings with the current food stalls. In addition to this, find a way to make a separate path system that works specifically for building interiors or even just simple path covers that sit just over the top of the current paths.
Side Note: I would love to see the ability to make small booths on the exits of coasters and other attractions where guests can walk up and purchase on ride pictures or other ride related merchandise.
