Will the sale continue through tomorrow's update? It should be noted that the Commander Deluxe Edition of the game is no longer available, probably because it came with ship paints, so they will probably introduce a new one tomorrow that comes with ARX.

I might finally cave and buy a second copy. then I can leave one CMDR out in the black while the other hangs out in the bubble to play with friends. I like exploration and taking part in expeditions but I also enjoy combat. Starting fresh could be fun.

Yeah, I was surprised to see the Commander Deluxe Edition has been removed from Steam and the Frontier Store?

I wonder if they will release a new Deluxe Edition more like the PS4 Legendary Edition that will include Arx instead of paint jobs?

You can play Solo without a paid subscription.

You do have to be connected to play at all, and that requires an Xbox account.

Oh don't worry. I haven't had Gold on my account for almost a year now. Pretty much full-time PC now, in fact my Xbox is currently in the cupboard.

Like I say you only need a free account for Solo, so no additional cost for that. But you will need Gold for Open/PG.

My Xbox is a cat bed/Netflix machine atm, though I do use it to play Jackbox with friends fairly often.

The last 70% off sale got me to switch to PC.

Oh, I already have a PC account and have been playing for years. Just thinking a secondary account for messing about in could be good. An xbox one means i could chill out in front of the TV and play.
