Really late to this, how do I claim my Kickstarter rewards!

Hey ED fams,

A long time ago I backed ED on Kickstarter when it was just a twinkle in Mr Braben's eye. I chose the £80 option which includes:

"Digital Download Pack. This includes a single digital download of the game, and any expansions, and all the other rewards above except those requiring physical delivery."

Does that entitle me to all future expansion packs? It seems that it includes Horizons but not Beyond. My expectation at the time was that this reward tier was effectively pre-buying all future DLCs. I don't see any documentation anywhere that says what the reward tier actually means for the game today.

if your playing the game then you have access to Horizons and Beyond, everybody gets those now if they buy ED. you couldnbt buy Horizons and not get Beyond iirc beyond was an update to Horizons

as an £80 backer you should also get any future updates and expansions as and when theyre released. which iirc for the Odyssey version should be the digital deluxe version

from the launcher makesure you select Horizons form the list which will give you everything, the ED onluy option is there as a workaround for issues with Horizons ;)

Welcome onboard! You should have access to everything through your Downloadable Products. And yes, it should entitle you to the Lifetime Expansion Pass (LEP). I don't remember if it shows up specifically, but you will find out if you have it when Odyssey comes around.

Hi,
Google "Elite Dangerous my account" and sign in with your original email (password reset to that email is possible).
You can then check "my downloadable products" or look at your orders.

As a Kickstarter backer you should have alpha access to all versions (when available!), same for beta access, and all future verrsions available for no charge.

IIRC, you should also have an Eagle waiting for you in Sol system, and the option of a Cobra mk 4 (don't bother!). Maybe also a paint pack or two.

There's also the concept artwork, ringtones...

Yes i am really late to this too! Just found a dusty box in my office and remembered i backed this years ago. Looks like you have given me all of the answers i need to get going, so i am sitting in my backers black Polo shirt, wearing my Elite silver badge and reading the book that came in the box while the files download. Here we go....

Hah. I backed it as well. The digital rewards are in my Frontier shop account as mentioned, but I never received the physical stuff they promised. (Was supposed to have gotten a "Premium boxed edition" with a t-shirt and book which never arrived.) Might have been a UK-only thing for that, though..

For 2014 Beta supporters also purchasing the LEP my USA receipt looked like this. I think it was $75.00 at the time.

I would have supported Alpha Kickstarter if I had KNOWN about it. Gee, Frontier one e-mail and I might have donated $1500.00 given
two decades of passion for the Elite games. Maybe getting older they thought that I was already dead. :)
