Horizons Really need help with passengers PLEASE!

So I googled my face off and still drew a blank. Thier was a decent paying passenger mission at my station so i put a first class hold on my type 7 and picked some people up. I went to the system they wanted me to go to then I was super confused. I have stripped everything on my ship to allow for max cargo space. Besides the cabins, is thier something that is required to get the passengers what they want? Take them to point a then "scan/pick up etc.."

Help please!

Have you looked at your Transactions tab? Does it show as completed or did you get a Mission Critical message telling you to take them somewhere else?

Do that first and let me know what the mission transaction says. If it completed then bring them home.

If it's a port that they want to go to then you just enter the passenger mission screen at that port and complete the passenger mission there.

It was a tourist mission. I will read the above, I am sure I was missing something. I didn't get a lot of time to try stuff cause my ship was attacked and exploded in like 3 seconds cause I had no shields or anything. I want to bunker up my ship and try again. I just needed to know what I was missing.

What is the best passenger ship for a type 7 price or below?
