Greetings Commanders.

Happy to report today that a fix is now live for the following known issue that was shared, as part of the Update 15 Release notes:

  • [FIXED] Reboot Missions (specifically Thargoid War variants) do not currently count towards Jude Navarro Engineer progression.

One more time to confirm, that's:
Reboot Missions, specifically Thargoid War variants, now count toward progression with Jude Navarro.

As with the nature of development, the team will apply fixes as soon as they're able to efficiently. This one was able to be implemented promptly, where others we've recently acknowledged either take longer or require a different implementation method.
We all really like to make sure you have issues addressed as soon as they become available, as oppose to making you wait, so hopefully this is a positive o7

With that short and sweet information drop, Commanders. Have a wonderful rest of your day!
As soon as there's more to share regarding recently acknowledged issues of note, you shall have it! Thanks as always for your feedback and patience.

FAQ

Why do you lock these information threads now?

  • I've noticed on the odd occasion that some of you are a little frustrated at information threads being locked. With the volume of conversation, opinion and questioning that posts like these are capable of generating - some on topic, some off topic - it can be really difficult to ensure that you are kept mindfully responded to and feeling engaged with us in the flurry, as well as filtering action points from amidst it all.
  • The aim of these posts is to inform you at the time with information we immediately have.
  • It's in no way a choice to silence your thoughts regarding the post, please do continue to share your thoughts in your own threads within the Forum as these are still monitored.
But how do I find out whether an issue important to me is being looked into / How do I tell you about new issues found that are important to me?
  • As I say, please do continue to hold discussions in threads you initiate yourselves throughout the Forum. These are monitored and where we'd like to reply to every single one of you (honestly), time doesn't always easily allow this, as our focus is compiling and discussing these issues across to keep things as efficient as possible during busy periods.
  • As soon as we have information to share on any aspect of development, we will always share it. Unfortunately individual 'chasing' of issue progress isn't sustainable at the volume we receive.
  • In regards to new issues you'd like to share, your options remain:
    • Customer Support Ticket: Primarily for major stability and account issues for that tailored response.
    • Issue Tracker Ticket: Primarily for the likes of prominent gameplay and heavily impacting visual bugs you encounter.
    • Independently made Forum thread discussions (HOWEVER PLEASE NOTE, this is a more "unofficial" way of reporting issues as we might miss them! We, as CMs do our best but there's always a chance!).
