rebuy not working witb loan

just told my son to raise a ticket as he has crashed his Beluga with no full rebuy ( yes I know , dope)his standing gives him 2.5mil loan which covers the rebuy with all modules and change left over. but .. the purchase button will not work. I've had a good search for occurrences and found a few on Google, with no answers. I've searched the forum using words like "can't rebuy" etc.. and nothing! has this never happened before. I just feel for the guy as he spent a long time grafting .. just to get a sidewinder and start from scratch..
any ideas ? o7

seems contacts support is probably the right thing

Edit: And a good dad doesn't let his son fly without a .... you know the rest Hope you get it sorted, not an ideal time to be waiting on support
