Those who are involved in BGS knows well that especially passengers missions have high impact influence also on destination minor faction. But this information is missing in journal. There can be more reasons why is receiving faction not displayed when is mission offered, but after is mission finished, it would be nice have record (in journal) about which faction was affected.
