This guy has been complaining about no path to his work zone for around 80 years now and recently he started to complain that there is no where to prepare food for the animals. It seems these are just visual bugs. If you look at his staff needs the bar is full and he clearly has somewhere to prepare food (he also has no problems getting to any of his work zones) It's the same with guests when you click on them. The only reliable data seems to be from the guests overview or for the staff the staff needs bar. 80 years! Well, no wonder he's complaining! He's earned the right to.

I sometimes see these complaints come up when the shared keeper hut is already in use. But I'll keep a closer eye on it based on what you're seeing. I'll add to your bug report if I see anything.
