Looking at the videos of the recent alien archaeology site in Synuefe XR-H D11-102, I can't help wondering if Mr Braben got his old contemporary Geoff Crammond out of retirement to design it as a monument to his 1989 masterpiece Stunt Car Racer. Please tell me someone's organising some kind of SRV rally.
That said, it's hard to get a sense of scale from the videos I've seen and I haven't yet had the chance to reconnoitre it myself. Are those ridges broad enough to accommodate our vehicles?
I'm sure it wouldn't lead to some kind of extra terrestrial diplomatic incident.
