So here are two suggestions (or are they referred to as "opinions" now?), and though everyone has one (again, are talking about opinions?) this is a basic navigational quality improvement over anything else.
1: In your navigator etc. either an accessible list/table, a tab, or even a single small window basically showing your recently visited systems. It's been too many times I've FSDed through a couple of systems on a mission running short on time, or notice something in a system I like just as I'm escaping security forces mid-shadow mission, and I want to get back there.
But...after that jump I need to take note of where I am and then later on rifle through a mass of nearby system maps looking for the system that matches what I was after. Come on...really? We should be looking to encourage natural exploration instead of Googling systems we want.
2: Filtering for powers in the galaxy map, either in the usual filtering tab or the PP tab. Why this isn't in place is beyond me - either there's something I haven't considered, or someone dropped the ball here.
I want to rep up with a power, or visit a Li-Yong Rui system for cheap parts. I currently have to deal with the agonising process of visiting the power HQ, watching their systems highlight, putting my cursor over one that looks like it was highlighted, often sighing because it wasn't actually in that bubble of the power I am after, have to re-highlight the power bubble, highlight another system, it doesn't fulfil the requirements I am after, repeat... AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGH!
Rant over. Please, your thoughts, and ill-considered rants about why you don't like it
