recently purchased need help

i recently purchased the game over steam and it seems to not want to update that i have indeed purchased it on the website, i was just seeing if anyone else has had thiss issue and if so is there any way to resolve it without help from support..

If you purchased it on Steam and Steam doesn't show that you have it in your library then check your emails to make sure that the purchase actually went through, and if it did you need to contact Steam.

Also, keep in mind that if you purchased it from Steam recently, it might require Steam to be opened together with Elite's game Launcher

Not sure what it's going on then... try and create an account on www.frontierstore.net and manually "claim" your copy of the game using the key/serial that Steam provided

You shall also find an option to link your Steam account with Frontier... maybe that's what is missing
