Hi all, I have a powerplay assignment to recover classified data from a system. The additional information says to be careful you are not identified by security.
Question does that mean I cant kill everyone? Or just to make sure they dont radio anyone , or no killing at all?

The warning just means security will attack you if they catch you downloading it, so be careful.

Yeah, as above. The ideal way to do these is using anarchy settlements. If none available that meet the mission criteria, be prepared for high notoriety (unless pledged to AD, and in his space).

The last time I had this mission and there were no anarchy settlements, I did it, but I’m not afraid of notoriety, however I just don’t like the hassle, so I won’t do them unless anarchy targets are available.
