Dear Devs.
I'm very excited for the release of JWE2 and have already pre-ordered the deluxe edition. I've seen the Dev. Build gameplay videos made by some big name JWE Youtubers such as GamingBeaver and EvolutionSquare. I have a pretty funny story to tell and telling it makes me a little sad, you'll see why.
I was recreating my JW for the second time after finally finishing my JP recreation and I was so excited so finish it. Unfortunately, it was at the worst time possible. I started construction about a month before JWE2 was announced. Construction was stopped shortly after because I thought, why should I continue building this when the sequel is soon to be out? It made me sad because I put a lot of effort into the recreation (image below).
Eventually, I figured: wait, this could be even better than my JW because now we'll have actual marine species and more JW movie dinosaurs. So I'm really hoping that building customization allows me to recreate the buildings seen on Main Street such as Margaritaville, Winston's Steakhouse etc. I also wanted to ask if there will be vehicle skins and buildings from JW. One last thing I want to address though, I saw the GamingBeaver's gameplay video and noticed that the marine exhibit was off... In JW the stands were very close together and the shark feeder was directly in the middle of the viewing galleries. I saw that there was a hitbox around buildings in the marine area that were quite large. I know the game is still under a lot of development but it would be reassuring if you are able to place those buildings closer together.
