Red pandas, please

It’s international red panda day today, and I’ve been at the zoo taking photos of them, hoping for a reveal post. If we don’t have them by release, could we please have them as DLC? They’re super popular, unique, gorgeous and endangered!

The red panda is an animal I sincerely hoped for, but never expected to be added to the game.

The Red panda looks gorgeous! Definitely want to build an habitat for them.
But I'm a bit unsure, will they be able to climb? I don't see any climbing structures in the enclosure which is shown in the video.

I’m not 100% certain but it looks like some kind of platform in the background on the right hand side. Given everything we have heard about realistic animal behaviours it would be strange if they can’t climb at all.

I really hope that they have some system in the game for animals who mostly live in trees.. but since the red panda is sleeping on the ground, I doubt that will happen. This means the likeliness of sloths getting in the game is low, as those animals live in trees most of their lives.

Devs said animals who can climb WILL climb anything climbable, even be able to escape the enclosure that way.
So I think it's just a matter of flipping the "can climb trees" switch.

I meant it more like how they sleep in the trees.

Maybe we could attempt to force the animals to climb by placing their food trays, enrichment items, and their shelters on on elevated paths?
