Red Panels don't fall and block power charge receptacle

I've had many of the door red panels just not fall off for me. I'm doing missions with a friend and the panel falls off for him, but not me on many occasions. It's quite annoying when it happens.

You can still engage with the power socket even if it is blocked by the cover. I was able to overcharge them still in the Alpha - not played since then though.

I had this yesterday on a couple of panels. I was able to charge the socket when looking at it from an odd angle.
