Red Prep Information - Picture attached

Hi guys

I've spent time looking through areas of the forum to try and find an answer to my question of, what does it mean to have the PREP highlighted as red as indicated in my attached picture? I'm wondering what the numbers are related to.

Is it that they need more Restricted Intel to be delivered and the Number 1 position is fine for this cycle?

You can click on the "Consolidation" entry for some explanation. Mechanically, all the CC is getting absorbed by it and converted into the defense bonus so everything below will show red because there's no more CC. At that vote ratio only the #1 system gets prepared.

Consolidation protects powers from either doing bad preparations, or having to push other preparations to prevent those bad ones. Please check your power's public orders or join their discord/reddit for their directions on vote/preparations so you don't end up hurting your own power. At this thread you'll find contact information, in this case it would be Hudson/Federal United Command.

Because of PP overhead+upkeep math, we are playing a game of risk in which the majority of uncontrolled systems remain that way for a reason - they simply cost more than they would bring in.
