Redmarch Laboratory in the California Nebula

Can you sell exploration data there? I'm off on a trip to the far side of the galaxy and back. Since I need to increase my Alliance rep for that Engineer dude I was wondering if I could detour there on my way back and dump a load of data. If not, where's a good place to do so?

I don't know about that particular base but there are other Alliance bases in the nebula you can sell it at. Mic Turner Base is one, and there's Mahon Research Center about 60 ly in the bubble's direction in a HIP system. You can find these using economy filters. Mahon and Mic Turner are the same faction, and both bases have interesting features nearby. Wont spoil it.

There's also an Asteroid Base but I'm not sure they're Alliance.
