Reduced Synthesis Time - Powerplay Bonus

There are a few Powers that don't really have much going for them, like Denton Patreus, since they're kinda sideline characters who offer lower specific bonuses than the others.

A nice little bonus for them would be a reduction in synthesis time. 50% or 75%. It might seem like a minor bonus, but that'd make it a lot easier to get synthesis done in certain cases, like synthing heat sinks in combat.

It might be applicable to Antal and Patreus?

I kind of like this idea, considering that Patty is an arms dealer and his rather pointless quirk in the past was rearming ammo at lower cost. Having a lower synth time (or perhaps a reduction in components / ingredients) would be a nice and useful update.
